1 tbs honey or sugar-free maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

- there is no problem that can’t be solved (or at least temporary allayed) by a good workout session.

- do not try to make cookie dough without an electric mixer. unless you have bionic arms. I learned the hard way…twice.

- do not sleep in sweats under a comforter when it is 80 degrees in your room. you will not survive the night.

- bored at work? take a nap. just don’t drool on important papers.
